Brian Monk has lived in the Central Florida area nearly his entire life. In 2000, he graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Business Management and a B.A. in Political Science. Thereafter, Brian earned a Law degree, a Master’s of Education degree and Specialist degree in counseling from the University of Florida. While in law school, Brian earned a Certificate in Family Law and was named a Fellow of the UF Law Center on Children and Families.

Nicholas L. Cacciatore, Esq.
Nick Cacciatore is an associate attorney at Monk Law Firm and FAMU College of Law graduate. He is a former Officer of the United States Army. Nick began his work with Attorney Brian Monk as a Legal Assistant in February 2015. In 2017, he graduated cum laude from Southeastern University and earned a B.S. in Legal Studies with Minors in Theology and Military Science. Upon graduation, Nick was honored the title of Distinguished Military Graduate from Florida Southern College. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family at the beach and taking his dog Juliet to the park.

Katrina attended Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in History and met her husband, Greg. She earned her law degree from The University of Miami, but is always a Nole. Katrina spent more than 24 years as an Assistant Public Defender in Bartow, where she rose to the position of Assistant Trial Director before retiring in 2024. She joined Monk Law Group the day after retiring and her passion to help others made her transition to the practice of family law seamless. Katrina is a board member for two local non-profit organizations, SPCA Florida and First Steps. When not working Katrina enjoys traveling, doing puzzles, joking around with her husband and her son Nathan, and providing for homeless animals and people.

Kiersten Hewitt is an Associate Attorney at Monk Law Group. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. She resides in Winter Haven with her husband, Caleb, and their beloved pets. Kiersten is a dedicated animal lover who enjoys cooking, crafting, and staying active. In her free time, she loves working out and spending quality time with her husband and their dog and cat.

Ryan was born in Florida and has lived in Polk County his entire life. He received his AA from Valencia Community College in 2015, and his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Central Florida in 2019. He began his career with the Monk Law Firm in October 2019 as a Paralegal.

Logan Blascovich is an Executive Assistant at Monk Law Group and was born and raised in Queens, NY before he moved to Florida for college. He graduated early from University of Tampa with a B.S and has been a member of the firm since 2022. Logan enjoys playing video and board games with friends, discussing science and politics, and binging the latest shows.

Matt was born in central Florida. Having been raised in a military family, he lived in South Carolina for nine years and returned to Central Florida full time in 2011. He graduated Valedictorian from Tenoroc High School in 2019 and received his BA in Political Science with a minor in History from Stetson University in 2023. He is an alumni member of the Christian Fraternity Lambda Chi Alpha. He is a twin and the second oldest of five. Matt primarily values his Christian faith, Family, and friends. His primary hobbies include reading and golfing. He began his career as a paralegal with Monk Law Group in February 2023.

Marion Stewart is a Paralegal at Monk Law Group. She is a graduate from Cabrini College where she received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and an ABA Paralegal Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Marion is a New Jersey Native and moved to Florida in 2001. When not working, Marion enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Brittany joined Monk Law Group as a paralegal in 2023. She was born and raised in Florida and is an outstanding mother to her family of seven. Prior to joining the firm, she received a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Studies at Warner University, and taught as an Elementary and Special Education teacher. She went on to receive her Post Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate from Boston University. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family and tending to her cows and horses.

Dalmary is originally from Puerto Rico. In 2000, she graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a BA in Communications. Thereafter she went to law school at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico where she obtained a Juris Doctor. Dalmary is a licensed Attorney in Puerto Rico since 2003. She moved to Florida in 2015 and became a Florida Registered Paralegal and has been working on Elder Law ever since.

Serena Dalton has worked as an Executive Assistant with Monk Law Group since April 2024. Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Serena is a Chiefs fan, tennis player, and poet in her spare time. Serena is on track to graduate early from Southeastern University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies. With the dream of becoming an attorney, Serena intends to pursue law school alongside her fiancé beginning in the Fall 2025 semester.

Hannah Bustamante has lived in Polk County all of her life. She began working at Monk Law Group in November 2024 as a legal assistant. Currently, Hannah is a junior at Southeastern University, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies. She is actively involved in Student Government, serving as an Associate Justice on the SEU Court. Upon graduation in December 2026, she plans to become a paralegal.

Emma Boss is a billing specialist at Monk Law Group. She was born and raised in Massachusetts and currently attends Florida Southern College. She is completing her Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics with a minor in criminology and is graduating after only three years. She plans on pursuing her Juris Doctor degree post graduation and hopes to one day work in criminal defense law. Outside of school or work, she enjoys painting, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Sarah Reynolds is currently earning her Bachelor's Degree in Human Communications at Southeastern University. Born in Lakeland, Florida, but raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, she is glad to be back in the Sunshine State. After school, Sarah hopes to continue her experience in law, applying the technical language and interpersonal communication skills taught in school to a meaningful career. She enjoys reading and writing in her free time, as well as spending time in nature.
